Sometimes there’s just not enough time to take a nice nap, walk around the block, or take a long, hot bath. And sometimes, if you’re a dad, it’s hard to find that time for yourself.

Even if you have a regular meditation practice or ensure that you get to your pilates class once a week, stress still finds its way into your life, right? And your boss may not appreciate that you need some time to center yourself right when you’re in the middle of a big presentation.

That’s where 5-Minute Stress Busters comes in and I thank Jennifer Schonborn for allowing me to link to her article. (Full disclosure: I’m a past client of Jen’s and if you want to talk to a holistic nutritional counselor who can really help you understand the links between food, diet, and emotions definitely check her out. She offers a free nutrition consultation and you can contact her at www.jenniferschonborn.com/.

Whenever I see a list I can quickly get overwhelmed, but I’ve been trying one new thing from her Stress Buster link each day and the experimenting is fun. Let me know in the comments below if you try anything or if it inspires you to come up with something of your own!
